Order Cancellation - Orders can only cancelled before they have been shipped. We start processing your order as soon as payment is verified.

Order Delivery time – Sawgrass Graphic Design understands the importance of receiving your order prior to your event. If you have an upcoming deadline it is important to contact us directly to discuss your order to ensure your order will arrive on time. Orders shipped directly from the manufacturer take between 8 and 14 days unless otherwise stated. Please note: Sawgrass Graphic Design cannot be responsible for shipping errors caused by 3rd party shipping companies. We recommend you choose an expedited shipping method when arrival time is critical. Shipping times listed during checkout do not include production time for your order. Shipping Issues and Address Corrections – It is important that you provide us with a complete and accurate shipping address. Some shipping carriers will charge an address correction fee if the address number is wrong, or the suite/unit/apartment number is missing or incorrect. Some shipping carriers will return shipments in this case as well. The buyer will be responsible for fees or return/reship fees that are incurred. Refused or undeliverable shipments may incur additional fees.

Damaged and Defective (or missing) Goods – Sawgrass Graphic Design prides itself in packaging products in a way to prevent damage. However, in the event you do have damaged or defective products, or you discover missing items, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order to arrange a resolution. Typically, we will send replacement products right away. It is your responsibility to inspect your order carefully (immediately) upon receipt. Replacement items will be shipped via ground shipping methods. Rush shipping charges (if needed) will be the customers responsibility. Under no circumstances will Sawgrass Graphic Design’s liability extend beyond the cost of the order. Sawgrass Graphic Design cannot be responsible or held liable in relation to your event or awards presentation.
