Returns and Refunds

Sawgrass Graphic Design wants you to be completely satisfied. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order, via e-mail or phone right away. Refunds cannot be issued for customized or personalized products or products received more than 30 days ago. Items purchased from the closeout category cannot be returned. Stock items can be returned for a refund, however a 10% restocking fee will apply.

Returns on orders that originally had free shipping, will have an additional fee of 15% of the cost of the items returned, deducted from the refund. This is in addition to the 10% restock fee. 

Returns cannot be accepted without a Return Authorization number.

Products must be shipped at customers expense and cannot be accepted without prior authorization.

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order if you need a return authorization number. Items must be Returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
